Q. I do not know what size I am.

A. The website has size charts for all items.

 

Q. Will the garments shrink?

A. Always follow the "Care of Garment" tag on the inside of the item. The majority of the styles are made from a blended fabric and are pre-shrunk, however, as with any garment it all depends on how you wash and dry it – the higher the temperature you use to wash and dry, the more likely it is to shrink.

 

Q. Which credit/debit cards are accepted?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

Q. How will I receive my order?

A. Orders ship from our Connecticut facility via UPS or USPS.

 

Q. Can the items be exchanged or returned?

A. Non-personalized items can be exchanged for sizes. NO RETURNS

 

Q. How do I exchange them?

A. Call 203.699.9805, email karen@darterspecialties.com or fill out the "Contact Us" page on the website and let us know that you want to exchange or return items. You can send the items back to Darter Specialties Inc., 500 Cornwall Ave, Cheshire CT 06410. Please send with a note with your contact info, order number and what size/color/item you want to exchange each item for. Items personalized with student's name or other customizations CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

 

Q. Do I have to pay freight to exchange an item?

A. Yes, you have to pay the freight to return an item to us.
