Q. Can the items be exchanged?
A. Yes, items can be exchanged, as long as they are in new condition (not personalized, unworn, unwashed & free of pet hair).

Q. How do I exchange them?
A. Call 203.699.9805, email or fill out the “Contact Us” page on the website and let us know that you want to exchange items. Please let us know which items and what sizes.

Q. I do not know what size I am.
A. The website has size charts for all items.

Q. Which credit/debit cards are accepted?
A. We accept Visa, and MasterCard

Q. How will I receive my order?
A. Orders ship from our Connecticut facility via UPS or USPS.

Q. Will the garments shrink?
A. Always follow the “Care of Garment” tag on the inside of the item. The majority of the styles are made from a blended fabric and are pre-shrunk, however, as with any garment it all depends on how you wash and dry it – the higher the temperature you use to wash and dry, the more likely it is to shrink.

Q. Can I return an item if I don’t want to keep it after it arrives?
A. No, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We accept exchanges only.

A. Yes, you have to pay the freight to return an item to us.
